My husband snores loudly and I've been using ear plugs for the past ten years to sleep more soundly. These ear plugs worked just as well as others I've used at a NRR 29 rating, but at a fraction of the drugstore's cost of $10 for a 50-ct. pkg. They come individually-packaged so they're easy to take when traveling, too.
Fine for my needs
